29 CFR 1910.1025(i)(3)(i):Employee(s) exposed to lead in excess of the permissible exposure limit (PEL), without regard to the use of respirators, were not required to shower at the end of the work shift: (a) Solon Specialty Wire Co, on or about March 9th, 2022, at the location of 30000 Solon Rd, Solon, OH 44139: Employees wearing respirators and working on the patent line furnace were overexposed to lead and given access to shower facilities, but the use of these was not a requirement.
