29 CFR 1910.1025(i)(2)(i):Clean change rooms were not provided for employees exposed to lead in excess of the permissible exposure limit (PEL), without regard to the use of respirators: a) Solon Specialty Wire Co, on or about March 9th, 2022, at the location of 30000 Solon Rd, Solon, OH 44139: Change rooms were provided for the employees overexposed to lead; however, surfaces in these change rooms were not kept clean to an appropriate level. The benches in the change rooms had surface lead levels of 41.7, 41.3, 64.0, 133.8, and 93.0 micrograms per 100 square centimeters. Employees had exposure to these surfaces while sitting to change and/or put on socks and shoes.
