29 CFR 1910.157(e)(1):The employer shall be responsible for the inspection, maintenance and testing of all portable fire extinguishers in the workplace: Production floor: On or about January 13, 2022 and times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that several fire extinguishers throughout the production floor had not received its monthly inspections.
