29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1) as referenced in 29 CFR 1910.27(a): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. a) Worksite was located at 2 Applegate Dr, Robbinsville Twp, NJ 08691 - Third party contract workers were exposed to 11ft fall hazards while they were working from the Genie Model GS-1930, serial number GS30P-194613 scissor lift while not using the platform entry chain that was unserviceable due to a damaged snap hook. Violation occurred on or about December 11, 2021. b) Worksite was located at 2 Applegate Dr, Robbinsville Twp, NJ 08691 - An employee was exposed to 11ft fall hazards while they were closing an open electrical panel over a walk in freezer entry door from the Genie Model GS-1930, serial number GS30P-194613 scissor lift while not using the platform entry chain that was unserviceable due to a damaged snap hook. Violation occurred on or about December 13, 2021. c) Worksite was located at 2 Applegate Dr, Robbinsville Twp, NJ 08691 - Third party contract workers were exposed to 15ft fall hazards while they were installing new electrical wiring from the Genie Model GS-1930, serial number GS30P-194613 scissor lift while not using the platform entry chain that was unserviceable due to a damaged snap hook.
