29 CFR 1910.243(c)(4):The top half of the wheel of portable grinding machine(s) was not enclosed: a) Worksite was located at 2 Applegate Dr, Robbinsville Twp, NJ 08691 - A Maintenance Senior Supervisor was exposed to laceration hazards as he was grinding on a piece of machinery while the guard was missing from the Keyang electric angle grinding tool. Violation was observed on or about February 1, 2022. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
