29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Worksite was located at 2 Applegate Dr, Robbinsville Twp, NJ 08691 - Employees were exposed to chemical burns while they were working in the Storage Room (21) with caustic chemicals, such as Ecolab Whisper 5, Ecolab Advantis FC and AlphaChemical Alpha Bac 10, as the decontamination shower and eyewash station were obstructed and inaccessible. Violation occurred between December 13, 2021 and January 28, 2022. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
