Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 003 Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.333(a)(1): Live parts to which an employee may be exposed were not deenergized before the employee worked on or was near to them: a) Warehouse Column 1, Mounted Outlet (20A/120V) - A damaged 20 amp/120-volt mounted outlet was not de-energized prior to inspection exposing the employee to electrical shock hazards, on or about December 2, 2021. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
