29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(ii): In locations where electric equipment was likely to be exposed to physical damage, enclosures or guards were not so arranged and of such strength as to prevent such damage: a) Warehouse Column 1, Mounted Outlet (20A/120V) - A 20 amp/120-volt surface mounted outlet located 4 feet high above the floor was not protected from accidental contact or damage, on or about December 2, 2021 and times prior thereto. b) Warehouse Column 2, Mounted Outlet (20A/120V) - A 20 amp/120-volt surface mounted outlet located 3 feet - 9 inches high above the floor was not protected from accidental contact or damage, on or about December 2, 2021 and times prior thereto. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
