29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(ii): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards, based on the mechanical strength and durability, including, for parts designed to enclose and protect other equipment, the adequacy of the protection thus provided: a) Warehouse Column 1, Mounted Outlet (20A/120V) - The metal conduit, faceplate (cover), and outlet box were not sufficiently durable for their location, or about December 2, 2021 and times prior thereto. b) Warehouse Column 2, Mounted Outlet (20A/120V) - The metal conduit, faceplate (cover), and outlet box were not sufficiently durable for their location, on or about December 2, 2021 and times prior thereto. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
