OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that an employee was exposed to struck by hazards and death from a fallen tree: a) Jobsite, 331 Crystal Springs Road, Bradford Woods, PA: On December 8, 2021, the employer failed to ensure that an employee was positioned at a distance from the tree at least 1.5 times the height of the tree while assisting with felling an approximately 50 foot tall oak tree.
