29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: (a) On or about 10/14/2021, and at times prior, 123 Harbour Drive, Scottsboro, AL 35769, employees who were performing roof repairs were exposed to fall hazards up to 30 feet from the metal roof to the ground below because the employer did not ensure adequate inspections were performed prior to employees accessing the walking/working surface.
