29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about October 8, 2021; Lot 136 Loring Circle, Daphne, Al: The employer failed to provide fall protection for employees involved in sheathing activities on an 8:12 pitch roof exposing employees to hazards associated with falls of 10 feet to the ground below. b) On or about October 8, 2021; Lot 136 Loring Circle, Daphne, Al: The employer failed to provide ladders for employees to use in order to get on/off the roof which exposed them to hazards associated with falls up to 9.8 feet onto the concrete pad below.
