29 CFR 1910.333(c)(8): "Conductive apparel." Conductive articles of jewelry and clothing (such a watch bands, bracelets, rings, key chains, necklaces, metalized aprons, cloth with conductive thread, or metal headgear) were worn and contacted exposed energized parts: a) ConAm Management Corporation, Chestnut Ridge Apartments, 3655 South Verbena Street, Denver, CO 80237: On and about September 10, 2021, the employer allowed an employee to wear conductive apparel while exposed to energized wiring. The employee was leaning over over the washing machine and his necklace was in contact with the exposed wiring when he was found electrocuted. b) ConAm Management Corporation, Chestnut Ridge Apartments, 3655 South Verbena Street, Denver, CO 80237: On and about September 10, 2021, the employer allowed an employee to have conductive apparel while administering CPR to a injured employee exposed to a energized washing machine. The employee placed keys on the dryer next to the exposed wiring of a washing machine where an employee was found electrocuted.
