29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): Employer did not make sure there were no damaged parts that would adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating. A) FAZTEC Industries - 200 Bloomfield Ave, Staten Island NY 10314 The employer did not conduct proper inspection and repair of conductors. Energized conductors operating at 460VAC were damaged exposing energized 2 phases of the copper conductors. Condition noted on or about August 27, 2021
