29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) a) Chattanooga National Cemetery: On or about August 4, 2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to gasoline, carb and choke cleaner, bug degreaser for which the employer did not compile a complete chemical list of all hazardous materials used in the workplace. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET). Worrell Contracting Co, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1231295 , ciation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/15/2017, with respect to a workplace located at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
