29 CFR 1910.151(b): First aid supplies approved by a consulting physician were not readily available: a) First Aid Center/Outside of Office - On or about July 20, 2021, the employer provided employees with antiseptic first aid spray manufactured by Physicians Care which had expired on December 2017 and was no longer adequate for application. b) First Aid Kit/Outside of Office - On or about July 20, 2021, employees were provided with Ophthalmic Solution Eyewash manufactured by Physician Care for cleaning and flushing of eyes in the event of an emergency, but the eyewash expired April 2018 and was no longer suitable for use. c) First Aid Kit/Warehouse Garage - On or about July 21, 2021, employees were provided with eye saline solution manufactured by Honeywell for flushing or irrigating the eyes in the event of an emergency, but the eye saline solution expired August 2013 and was no longer suitable for use.
