OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that tree limbs were not removed to a height and width sufficient to allow the tree parts to fall clear of hazards. (a) 1657 Danbury Parc Place, Brookhaven, GA; On or about June 18, 2021, employees were exposed to a struck-by and fall hazard while removing a limb that became entangled on a railing system when the employer did not ensure tree pieces did not fall in an unintended direction during tree removal.
