29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv):Employees did not always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and/or climbed on the edge of the basket and/or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position: 173 Howland Ave., Adams, MA: On or about May 27, 2021, employees climbed on the railings of the aerial lift in use at this location to access the roof of the building to perform their work. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
