29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (a) Worksite- On or about May 22, 2021, the employer had not developed and implemented a written respiratory protection program with worksite specific procedures for employees that were required to use respirators, such as but not limited to, elastomeric half face respirators during welding operations.
