29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 131 Bridge Boulevard, Eastampton NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 12 feet to the ground surface below, when walking and working from a residential structure's pitched roof while improperly utilizing fall protection. At the time of the inspection the employees full body harnesses were attached to lanyards whose lengths would not have prevented these employees from contacting the ground surface below. Condition observed on or about 04/28/21. Pine Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1509701, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/30/21, with respect to a workplace located at Building 1300 - 12, 14. 16, 18, 20 Roberta Way, Medford NJ.
