29 CFR 1926.452(w)(2): Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner: (a) On or about April 7, 2021 employees were installing sheetrock materials while working on a mobile scaffold. Employees were exposed to scaffold collapse hazards and falling 9-feet to the ground below.
