29 C.F.R. � 1910.269(c)(2): The job briefing did not cover at least the following subjects: hazards associated with the job, work procedures involved, special precautions, energy-source controls, and personal protective equipment requirements. a) On or about March 24, 2021, P&G�s employee held a pre-job briefing to review energy control issues with qualified third party electrical contractors regarding planned activities in Building 79, Albany, Georgia, but did not remind the qualified third party electrical contractors of their independent regulatory and contractual responsibility to re-verify that distribution equipment was in an electrically safe state after they returned to work on the equipment after breaks.
