29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about March 4, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations on a roof twenty (20) feet five (5) inches above ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. b. On or about March 4, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations on a roof twelve (12) feet eight (8) inches above ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. c. On or about March 4, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations on a roof ten (10) feet four (4) inches above ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. Kevin Rodriguez dba KRA Construction was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection 1497302, citation 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 14, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 214 Kerry-Brook Ln., Arlington Heights, IL, 60004 Kevin Rodriguez dba KRA Construction was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection 1452699, citation 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on July 14, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 10 Westlake Dr., South Barrington, IL 60010.
