(a) Mulch Yard - Colorbiotics Sahara X3 Coloring Machine - On or about 03/3/2021, employees were accessing the top of coloring machine with a stepladder used in the closed position to perform daily checks, maintenance, and clearing jams, exposing employees to falls of approximately 8.5 feet.
