29 CFR 1910.142(j): Effective measures were not taken to prevent infestation by and harborage of animal or insect vectors or pests: San Clemente Island SCORE Berthing REWS-T-100 through108: Rodents have entered the trailers and have been in employee rooms and the communal kitchen. Employees removed dead rodents and their droppings from inside Trailers on a frequent basis. The employer did not have an effective extermination program. Employees potentially exposed to rodent borne diseases such as Hantavirus.
