29 CFR 1910.146(c)(1): The employer shall evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces are permit-required confined spaces. (a) On or about February 19, 2021, the employer did not adequately evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces were permit required confined spaces, such as but not limited to the yogurt storage tanker and other tankers that were used to deliver animal feed products to customers.
