29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or February 24, 2021, on production floor at Hydraulic Press #10; the cable coming out from below the Two-Hand Palm Control Panel had its strain relief broken and outer jacket damaged. This condition exposed employees to electric shock hazards.
