29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):The employer did not provide portable fire extinguishers and did not mount, locate and identify them so that they were readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury. On or about February 24, 2021, on the production floor next to Press #112; a portable fire extinguisher was not located so that it was readily accessible to employees. This condition exposed employees to fire hazards.
