29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: a- Building 1300 - 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 Roberta Way, Medford NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 8 feet to the floor surface below, when using the top step/top of an A-framed step ladder to access and egress the second floor of a residential structure. Condition observed on or about 01/12/21.
