29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions: (a) On or about November 22, 2020 - 1100 Enterprise Way, Huntsville, AL, gloves were not required to be worn by employees exposed to bacterial and amputation hazards when exposed to dirt/mulch/sod when planting plants or installing irrigation.
