29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorage points used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not independent of any anchorage point being used to support or suspend platforms and capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee: a) At 10558 Eastern Shore Drive, Bldg. 1600 The Arlington at Eastern Shore Apartments, Spanish Fort, Alabama: On or about November 30, 2020 and at times prior; the employer allowed two or more employees to tie off to the same anchorage point when the roof anchor was not rated for more than one person to utilize at the same time which exposed employees to fall hazards of 20 feet 4 inches to the ground below.
