29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) Drexel Metal Inc. DBA Premium Panels, Arvada CO: On or before 8/19/2020 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that the Roll Former Corp Stand Alone Perf [SN# RF6924] was lacking adequate guarding. Roll former wheels were exposed and not guarded in accordance with this standard. This condition exposed employees to amputation and crushing hazards.
