OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm exposing employees to struck-by hazards: (a) On or about August 05, 2020 - Wooded area near fence, the employer allowed employees to cut down trees without requiring them to follow safe work practices for felling trees, exposing them to struck-by hazards.
