29 CFR 1910.178(n)(14): Traveling fork trucks did not avoid running over loose objects on the roadway surface. On or about July 20, 2020, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure loose objects on the roadway surface were removed and forklift trucks did not run over the loose objects exposing the loads to shift/fall off the forks and employees to struck by hazards.
