29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): a) MCC panel, Twin Saw; On or about May 28, 2020 and at times prior to the employer allowed electrical panels with live electrical parts operating at 480 volts that were accessed by employees working with or around the area to remain unguarded exposing the employees to electrical hazards. b) Stacker operator panel; On or about May 28, 2020 and at times prior to, the employer allowed the operator at the stacker panel to operate a panel without guarding all live electrical elements that operated at 120 volts from accidental contact exposing employees to electrical hazards. c) Hydraulic fluid motor switch; On or about May 28, 2020 and at times prior to, the employer allowed the forklift operators to utilize a switch for the hydraulic fluid pump that was not effectively covered exposing the employees to electrical hazards.
