29 CFR 1926.960(c)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that employees would not approach or take any conductive object closer to exposed energized parts than the employer's established minimum approach distance, unless the measures outlined in 1926.960(c)(1)(iii)(A) - (C) were met: (a) On or about 05/14/2020 - Pole #166 on Hall Avenue near 400 Block of E Lawrence Street, Russellville, AL, an employee was exposed to electrical hazards when the employer did not ensure that no employee was working within the minimum approach distance of an energized 7.2 kV jumper or stinger with an uninsulated hot-line clamp without being protected with rubber insulating gloves and sleeves or insulating the hot-line clamp with a blanket or other insulting means.
