29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not documented for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: A) Riverside Manufacturing, LLC, located at 2309 Industrial Parkway, Sidney, OH 45365: On or about April 1, 2020, the employer did not document specific procedures to control hazardous energy of the Bliss 35-Ton mechanical power press (Serial # G-9770; RM Asset # 1052). The employer had established procedures how to lockout/tagout the press; however, those procedures were not written.
