29 CFR 1926.451(c)(3): Supported scaffold poles, legs, post, frames, and/or uprights were not plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement: a- Building 200, 211 - 224 Betty Lane, Ewing NJ - Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold whose posts/legs were not plumb and braced to prevent swaying and displacement. Condition observed on or about 02/27/20. AA & B Builder, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1399675, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/04/19, with respect to a workplace located at 36 Eddy Way, Evesham NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
