29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings shall be protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter shall be effectively closed: (a) On or about 02/20/2020 - 260 Rainsville St NW, Rainsville, AL 35986, warehouse area under crane #5, employees were exposed to electrical shock and fire hazards because the 110 VAC power receptacle attached to the metal work table had wires that were not protected from fraying.
