29 CFR 1910.254(d)(9)(iii): Cables with damaged insulation or exposed bare conductors were not replaced: (a) On or about 2/20/2020 -260 Rainsville St NW, Rainsville, AL 35986, employees using a Miller Deltaweld 452 CV-DC Welder were exposed to electrical shock hazards because the ground return cable for the power source had exposed and frayed wiring.
