OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees such as sturck-by hazards: (a) On or about 2/20/2020 -260 Rainsville St NW, Rainsville, AL 35986, in the warehouse next to cranes #5 and #6, employees working below underhung cranes #5 and #6 were exposed to struck-by hazards because the cranes number 5 and 6 had not been inspected within the previous 12 months.
