29 CFR 1910.178(m)(2): Persons were allowed to stand or pass under the elevated portion of trucks, either loaded or empty: Employees were exposed to crushing hazard when working with and around powered industrial trucks: a) On January 27, 2020 in the yard, an employee stood by an elevated fork mast of a forklift, and; b) On January 28, 2020 in the yard, an employee passed underneath an extendable boom of a forklift.
