29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s). On or about 1/27/2020, at 416 N. Clarendon Ave, Scottdale, GA: Where employee(s) operated a propane powered industrial truck with defects and deficiencies such as but not limited to severely worn tires, broken propane tank slide assembly, large hole in the air filter cover, and broken and missing front and side windshield. The employer failed to remove the powered industrial truck from service until the repairs could be made.
