OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): OSH ACT of 1970 Section 5(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to caught-by hazards: On or about 1/21/2020, at the conveyor system near the box scale in a facility located at 250 Georgia Highway, 247 Spur, Perry, GA: Employees were exposed to caught-by hazard at the conveyor when the employer failed to installed an emergency stop switch at the conveyor control station that was accessible by the conveyor operator/stackers in the event of an emergency.
