29 CFR 1910.134(i)(1)(ii): Breathing air did not meet requirements for Grade D breathing air as described in the ANSI/Compressed Gas Association Commodity Specification G-7.1-1989: On or about December 18, 2019, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure breathing air supplied by an oil lubricated air compressor for supplied air respirators used by employees meet the requirements for Grade D breathing air. The employees were exposed to inhalation hazards of including, but not limited to: carbon monoxide, water vapor, oil/oil mists.
