29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee used, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces: On or about December 10, 2019, employees were exposed to struck by hazards when the employer did not provide a safe means of access and egress to work locations on the dock. Employees were accessing equipment, workstations, and the trailer yard through active forklift traffic areas.
