29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(C): Employees whose work operations were in an area where energy control procedures were utilized were not instructed about the prohibition relating to attempts to restart or reenergize machines or equipment which are locked out or tagged out: a) Mountain States Rosen, 920 North 7th Avenue, Greeley, CO 80631: On or before, December 3, 2019, the employer did not ensure that affected employees received training on energy isolation and recognition of hazardous energy. Employees energized the VMAG machine prior to all other affected and authorized employees being clear of the point of operation on the VMAG Machine and proportioning attachment. This condition exposed employees to amputation, stuck-by, and electrical hazards.
