29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee had not received training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: a. 1819 Atlanta Hwy. Cumming, GA (Extrusion Line #2 Vulcan Coiler) - The employees (ZCM 1000 electric tape dispenser operators) were exposed to sudden energization or start-up of the single energy source machines by not unplugging the cord before maintenance is being performed (clearing the tape jam). The machine (electric tape dispenser) operators were not provided with training on the hazardous conditions when failed to disconnect/unplugged the single energy source which is equivalent to lockout/tagout on the electric tape dispenser, on or about 1029/19.
