29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided: a. On or about Oct 22, 2019, at the jobsite, employees were replacing a sanitation line while working in a trench and the employees were not protected from contact with raw sewage exposing them to biological hazards. The employees did not use personal protective equipment, such as rubber gloves, protective face shields, or rubber boots.
