29 CFR 1926.850(b): The walls or floors were not shored or braced where employee(s) were required to work within a damaged structure to be demolished. Location: a) By the doorway on the northwest side of the jobsite: On or about October 21, 2019; Employees were spraying water on ACM material as it was being loaded into containers. They sprayed from under a wall that had been identified as damaged and weak. The employer had instructed employees to work from under this wall. The employer did not brace the wall or take any measures to prevent employees from being exposed to the crush by hazard.
